复配除磷剂对污水处理厂二级生化出水除磷效果的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Compound Phosphorus Removal Agent on Phosphorus Removal Efficiency of Secondary Biochemical Effluent from Sewage Treatment Plant

摘要 研究以城镇污水处理厂二级生化出水为研究对象,比较聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、氯化铁、硫酸铝以及复配除磷剂对二级生化出水总磷(TP)去除效果的影响。实验研究表明:单一除磷剂PFS相对于复配除磷剂投加量较大,综合经济成本较高。PFS和硫酸铝、氯化铁与硫酸铝分别以1∶4、1∶1的质量比进行复配,在较低温度下具有较佳的深度除磷效果,且PFS和硫酸铝复配除磷剂更具经济成本优势。当PFS与硫酸铝复配除磷剂投加量为120mg/L时,总磷去除率87.6%,剩余总磷(TP)浓度0.48mg/L,符合城镇污水一级A排放标准。 In this study,the secondary biochemical effluent from urban sewage treatment plant was taken as the research object to compare the effects of polyferric sulfate(PFS),ferric chloride,aluminum sulfate and compound phosphorus removal agent on the total phosphorus(TP)removal effect of secondary biochemical effluent.The experimental results showed that the dosage of single phosphorus removal agent PFS was larger than that of compound phosphorus removal agent,and the comprehensive economic cost was higher.The mass ratio of PFS and aluminum sulfate and ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate was 1:4 and 1:1,respectively.The deep dephosphorization effect was better at low temperature,and the combination of PFS and aluminum sulfate had more economic cost advantages.When the dosage of PFS and aluminum sulfate compound phosphorus removal agent was 120 mg/L,the total phosphorus removal rate was 87.6%and the residual total phosphorus(TP)concentration was 0.48mg/L,which met the discharge standard of municipal sewage Grade A.
