摘要
针对某工程浅埋隧洞北部穿越VI级围岩区域土体松散、岩体极易破碎,围岩极易坍塌变形的特点,工程选用P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥和直径32mm的PE管,通过普通水泥单浆液注浆方法对VI围岩进行超前加固,并通过钻孔取芯法和压水试验检验注浆效果。基于现场施工情况以及施工过程中出现的问题,进一步探讨了注浆工艺效果的保证措施。
In view of the characteristics of loose soil,easily broken rock mass,easily collapsed and deformed surrounding rock in the northern part of the intake tunnel of a shallow tunnel through the grade VI surrounding rock,the surface grouting scheme is designed to carry out advanced reinforcement.Based on the on-site construction situation,ordinary Portland cement and PE pipe of 32mm diameter are used to pre-strengthen the VI surrounding rock by ordinary cement single slurry injection method.The effect of grouting is tested by core drilling method and water pressure test.Based on the construction situation and the problems that arose during construction,the guarantee measures for the effectiveness of the grouting process are further discussed.
