摘要 随着城市建设和经济水平的快速发展,深基坑项目越来越多。受资金、拆迁等因素影响,工程分期建设,相邻工程共用基坑围护体系越来越多。由于工程地质条件、围护结构强度以及整体稳定变形等均对共用基坑围护体系施工质量产生较大影响,因此制定合理的施工工艺并严格执行是施工质量控制的关键。结合瓯海区铁路站前保障性安居工程共用基坑围护体系施工实例,重点阐述了共用基坑围护体系施工工艺和技术质量控制要点。 With the rapid development of urban construction and economic level,there are increasingly more deep foundation excavations.Affected by factors such as caexcavational and demolition,etc.,the project is constructed in stages,and more and more adjacent projects share the foundation excavation enclosure system.Because the engineering geological conditions,the strength of the enclosure structure and the overall stable deformation have a great influence on the construction quality of the common foundation excavation enclosure system,it is the key to formulating a reasonable construction process and strictly implementing it for the construction quality control.Combined with the construction example of the common foundation excavation enclosure system of the affordable housing project in front of the railway station in Ouhai District of Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province,this paper focuses on the construction technology and technical quality control points of the common foundation excavation enclosure system.
