摘要
五峰山长江大桥是我国首座铁路悬索桥、世界首座公铁两用悬索桥,全桥共设计有2根主缆,上、下游各布置1根,单根主缆挤圆后直径1.3m。主缆采用PPWS(预制平行钢丝索股法)型结构设计,每根主缆由352根索股组成,每根索股由127根直径5.5mm镀锌铝高强度平行钢丝组成,钢丝抗拉强度为1860MPa。主缆直径大、索股数量多,工期紧、质量要求高。通过对主缆架设施工索股牵引、入鞍、入锚、调索、紧缆等工序的分解研究,介绍了各施工工序的工艺措施、技术改进思路、进度管控手段,得出了大跨度大主缆悬索桥主缆架设快速施工的方法。
Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge is the first railway suspension bridge in China and the world’s first dual-use suspension bridge for highway and railway.The whole bridge is designed with two main cables,one is at the upstream,the other is at the downstream.The diameter of a single main cable is 1.3m after being squeezed.The main cable is designed with PPWS(prefabricated parallel steel wire strand method)structure.Each main cable is composed of 352 cable strands,and each cable strand is composed of 127 galvanized aluminum high-strength parallel steel wires with a diameter of 5.5mm.The tensile strength of the steel wire is 1860MPa.The diameter of the main cable is large,the number of cable strands is large,the construction period is tight,and the quality requirements are high.Through the decomposition and research of the cable strand traction,saddle insertion,anchor insertion,cable adjustment,cable tightening and other processes in the main cable erection construction,this paper introduces the process measures,technical improvement ideas,and progress control means of each construction process,and the fast construction method for the main cable erection of the long-span and large-cable suspension bridge is obtained.
