多联机高温制冷启停动态运行特性实验研究

Experimental study on the on-off dynamic behavior of variable refrigerant flow system in cooling mode with high temperature

摘要 多联机空调系统中一台室外机会连接若干台室内机,制冷剂通过较长的连接管道进入室内侧蒸发器直接与室内空气换热,高温工况下,由于用电高峰或地区差别等因素,电压高低的突然变化会更考验多联机空调的安全可靠性。以一台24 HP多联机空调为例,实验主要研究了多联机制冷系统在高温、电压波动下的动态运行特性,并展现了启动后的部分稳定运行情况。结果表明,通过能力需求调节,室外环境温度限频、系统压力限频、供电电压限频等措施,可以很好地保证多联机系统的安全正常运行。 Refrigerant flows directly into a few indoor units to make heat exchange with air through long pipes in a variable refrigerant flow system(VRF).Under circumstances of high temperature,VRF faces challenges in safety and reliability due to dramatic voltage fluctuation by electricity peak load and regional difference.The on-off dynamic operating behavior with high temperature and voltage fluctuation was mainly experimentally investigated for a VRF(24 HP),while some performances during the initial stable stage were also shown.Results showed that the VRF operates safely in accordance with the controlling logic of capacity requirement,outdoor environment temperature,internal pressure,voltage supply,etc.
