摘要
通过设定3 P环境模拟室房间温度波动2℃内为目标达到“无感化霜”效果,选定相变温度46℃石蜡为蓄热材料,理论计算设计了符合3 P空调室外机空间的蓄热器,并通过实验验证分析了蓄热化霜系统房间温度波动、出风温度、24 h持续制热运行衰减情况,并与传统逆向除霜系统对比了室外2℃时化霜温度波动,实验表明,2℃时蓄热化霜系统温度波动低至1℃,明显低于传统逆向化霜系统的5.67℃,且蓄热化霜系统化霜时最低出风温度在39.1℃以上,可以满足24 h长时间运行且波动低于1℃。
By setting the temperature fluctuation of 3 P environment simulation room within 2℃as the goal to achieve the effect of"no effect frost",the paraffin with phase change temperature of 46℃is selected as the heat storage material,and the heat accumulator in line with the outer space of 3 P air conditioner is designed by theoretical calculation.Through experimental verification,the room temperature fluctuation,air outlet temperature and 24 h continuous heating operation attenuation of the heat storage defrosting system are analyzed.Compared with the traditional reverse defrosting system,the outdoor defrosting temperature fluctuation at 2℃is compared.The experiment shows that the temperature fluctuation of the thermal storage defrosting system at 2℃is as low as 1℃,significantly lower than 5.67℃of the traditional reverse defrosting system,and the minimum air outlet temperature of the thermal storage defrosting system is above 39.1℃,which can meet the 24 h long-time operation and the fluctuation is less than 1℃.
