摘要
电动风门作为冰箱精细分储的核心部件被广泛应用于风冷冰箱产品,其复位过程中多余的复位步数与零点机械限位的冲突,使风门产生异常噪声,影响用户使用体验。针对此异常噪声,通过研究其产生的机理,设计一种可以消除异常噪声的风门结构,在风门结构中增加微压力传感器,并设计相应的控制策略。通过试验验证,此设计可以有效减少风门的复位次数,消除复位过程中的异常噪声。
As the core part of fine storage of refrigerator,the electric damper is widely used in air-cooled refrigerator.During the reset process,the redundant reset steps conflict with the zero mechanical limit,resulting in abnormal noise of the damper,affect user experience.In view of this abnormal noise,by studying the mechanism of abnormal noise,a damper structure which can eliminate abnormal noise is designed.A micro pressure sensor is added to the damper structure,and the corresponding control strategy is designed.The test shows that this design can effectively reduce the reset times of the damper and eliminate the abnormal noise in the reset process.
