摘要
聚能环是实现更高热效率的关键。通过实验和数值仿真的方法对某型号燃烧器的聚能环进行了多方案设计研究,结果表明:双层上凸聚能环相比不加聚能环的情况,热效率可以提升10%左右,双层上凸聚能环相比双层下凹聚能环热效率可以提升3%左右。同时分析了聚能环的关键设计参数对热效率以及CO排放量的影响。
The energy collecting ring is the key to achieve higher thermal efficiency.The multi scheme design of the energy collecting ring of a certain type of burner is studied by experiments and numerical simulation.The results show that the thermal efficiency of the energy collecting ring with double-layer convex shaped can be increased by about 10%compared with the case without energy collecting ring.Compared with the energy collecting ring with double-layer concave shaped,the thermal efficiency of the energy collecting ring with double-layer convex shaped can be increased by about 3%.At the same time,the influence of the key design parameters of the energy collection ring on the thermal efficiency and CO emission is analyzed.
