Metaverse finance,as a combination of both the metaverse and finance,is essentially an intermediary serving the metaverse economy.Its core function is to provide a clearing-and-payment approach,hence creating a dynamic risk transmission mechanism for the metaverse economy system.Metaverse finance includes the financial system in the metaverse economy,the financial institutions using metaverse thinking and technology to construct application scenarios and new financial systems in the real economy,and the financial interoperability between the metaverse and the real world.On the one hand,the operation of metaverse finance requires a new trust mechanism,smart contracts,and support of the financial market and regulatory system.On the other hand,the financial metaverse innovates financial products,scenarios and ecology through metaverse thinking and metaverse technology,and metaverse finance is interconnected with the real financial metaverse mainly through data,credit and currency.In order to develop a healthy metaverse finance,it is necessary to standardize a global stablecoin,promote central bank digital currency,improve financial regulation,facilitate the coordinated development between traditional finance and metaverse finance,while adjusting and promoting the regulatory policies of cryptocurrency transactions.
