我国数字经济对产业结构升级的影响研究——基于技术创新的中介效应模型

Influence of Digital Economy on the Upgrading of Industrial Structure:Basedon the Intermediary Effect of Technical Innovation

基于2013—2019年中国省级面板数据,测算数字经济发展综合指数,运用多种计量模型,探讨数字经济对产业结构升级的作用效果及影响机制.研究发现:①数字经济对产业结构升级的影响显著为正,且存在结构性差异;②不同类型技术创新在数字经济影响产业结构升级中的作用效果不同,数字经济能够通过提升突破性技术创新促进产业结构升级,但是数字经济无法通过提升渐进性技术创新促进产业结构升级;③分地区检验发现,数字经济对产业结构升级的作用效果存在显著的区域异质性:中部最大,东部次之,西部最小.最后根据实证研究的结果,提出若干对策建议.

Based on Chinese provincial panel data of 2013-2019,the comprehensive index of digital economy development is measured,and various econometric models are constructed to explore the effect and influence mechanism of digital economy on industrial structure upgrading.The results are found as follows.①The impact of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure is significantly positive,and there are structural differences;②Different types of technological innovation have different effects on the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure.Digital economy can promote the upgrading of industrial structure by promoting breakthrough technological innovation,but digital economy cannot promote the upgrading of industrial structure by promoting gradual technological innovation;③The regional test shows that there is significant regional heterogeneity in the effect of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure,with the largest in the middle,the second in the east,and the smallest in the west.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
