环保型聚氨酯胶粘剂在景观设计中的应用

Application of environmentally friendly polyurethane adhesive in landscape design

以羟甲基环己酮为封闭剂制备了景观设计用环保型聚氨酯胶粘剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、—OH/—NCO摩尔比(R值)对环保型聚氨酯胶粘剂中NCO含量和剪切强度的影响,分析了热压时间和热压温度对聚氨酯胶粘剂剪切强度的影响。结果表明,随着反应时间延长,反应体系的NCO含量逐渐减小,在相同反应时间下,反应温度越高则反应体系的NCO含量越小。不同反应时间下反应体系中NCO含量都会随着R值增加而逐渐减小,且在相同R值条件下,反应时间越长则NCO含量越小。反应体系中适宜的反应温度为70℃、反应时间为3 h、R值为0.7时较为合适。在制备环保型聚氨酯胶粘剂的过程中,适宜的热压时间为60 min,热压温度为120℃。

The environment-friendly polyurethane adhesive for landscape design was prepared with hydroxymethyl cyclohexanone as the sealing agent.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,—OH/—NCO molar ratio(R value)on the NCO content and shear strength of environment-friendly polyurethane adhesive were investigated.The effects of hot pressing time and temperature on the shear strength of polyurethane adhesive were analyzed.The content of NCO in the reaction system will gradually decrease with the increase of reaction time.At the same reaction time,the higher the reaction temperature,the smaller the NCO content of the reaction system.The content of NCO in the reaction system will gradually decrease with the increase of R value under different reaction time,and under the same R value condition,the longer the reaction time is,the smaller the content of NCO will be.The appropriate reaction temperature in the reaction system is 70℃,reaction time is 3h,and R value=0.7.In the process of preparing environment-friendly polyurethane adhesive,the suitable hot pressing time is 60 min and the hot pressing temperature is 120℃.
