探讨了新疆维吾尔自治区自然资源厅为了贯彻落实国务院和自然资源部推进简政放权、深化行政审批制度改革的决策部署,通过建设“互联网+政务服务”应用体系,推进“互联网+”资源整合、优化自然资源行政审批流程、加强移动新媒体终端应用、统筹集成自然资源政务服务综合行政办公服务,实现自治区、地州、市县三级自然资源部门审批的一网申报、智能核验、分级审批,全面履行土地审批、矿业权审批,落实“放管服”深化改革,推动自然资源信息向社会开放服务,提升自然资源服务能力。

In order to implement the decision and deployment of The State Council and the Ministry of Natural Resources to streamline administration and delegate power and deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval system,the Natural Resources Department of Xinjiang Autonomous Region promoted the integration of"Internet+"resources,optimized the administrative examination and approval process of natural resources,strengthened the application of mobile new media terminals,and integrated the comprehensive administrative office services of natural resources government services through the construction of the"Internet+government services"application system,realized the one-network application,intelligent verification and hierarchical approval approved by the natural resources departments at autonomous regions,prefectures,cities and counties,comprehensively perform the land approval and mining rights approval,implemented the"release,management and service"deepening reform,promoted the opening of natural resources information to the public,and improved the natural resources service capacity.
