Design and Implementation of Oil and Gas Pipeline Data Push Platform Based on GIS

为实现油气管道选线工作的科学化、信息化和智能化,本文利用GIS、GPS、RS等先进技术,构建了油气管道数据库,开发了油气管道数据推送平台。油气管道数据推送平台是一个集数据展示、查询和统计、管道设计、管道审批以及日常办公于一体的辅助选线的基础平台,为优化选线提供高效、便捷的服务。文中阐述了平台建设的目标、框架设计、数据库建设以及功能实现等内容。

In order to realize the scientization,informationization and intellectualization of oil and gas pipeline route selection,the oil and gas pipeline database is constructed and the oil and gas pipeline data push platform is developed by using GIS,GPS,RS and other advanced technologies.Oil and gas pipeline data push platform is a basic auxiliary route selection platform integrating data display,query and statistics,pipeline design,pipeline approval and daily office.It provides efficient and convenient services for optimizing route selection.This paper describes the objectives,framework design,database construction and function realization of the platform.
