Research on Quality Control Method of Rural Real Estate Integration Achievements

农村房地一体调查项目实施过程中,不同单位测绘及调查农村房地信息使用的软硬件不同,采用的生产工序各异,且涉及的成果资料繁杂,导致在数据成果及入库资料检查方面存在诸多难点。针对上述问题,本文结合四川省阿坝州和南充市四个县房地一体调查项目的实际需求及四川省不动产数据入库标准,针对检查资料繁杂的难点,设计了较实用的入库资料检查流程,并根据工作需要,实现了成果资料的规范化整理及批量输出打印,可为同类工作提供参考依据。

In the implementation process of the real estate integration survey project,there are many difficulties in checking data results and database data based on the following reasons.First,different companies use different software and hardware for surveying and mapping.Second,different workers use different production processes.Last,the data of results has the characteristics of large and complicated data.Considering the above problems,this paper combines the actual needs of the real estate integration survey project in Aba prefecture and four counties of Nanchong city in Sichuan province and the real estate database creation standards of Sichuan province.In view of the difficulty of complicated inspection data,a more practical inspection process of database data is designed.According to the work needs,the standardized sorting and batch printing of the results data are realized,which can provide a reference basis for similar work.
