摘要
该文以化学、化工、生物、环境实验室为对象,研究通风橱排放的VOCs及室内环境空气VOCs的浓度、组分及其随时间变化的特征。监测结果显示,化学和生物实验室的VOCs污染水平高于化工和环境实验室,环境实验室VOCs组分更为复杂。通过对照现行的环保及职业卫生标准发现,VOCs浓度满足相关限值要求。基于研究结果,建议以实验室为基本单元,从环境保护和健康安全两个角度着手,优化室内通风设施和废气净化设施,系统地解决问题。
In this paper,the concentration,composition and time-varying characteristics of VOCs emitted from fume hoods and indoor air are studied in chemical,chemical engineering,biological and environmental laboratories.The monitoring results show that the VOCs pollution level of chemical and biological laboratories is higher than that of chemical engineering and environmental laboratories,and the VOCs components of environmental laboratories are more complex.By comparing with the current environmental protection and occupational health standards,it is found that the concentration of VOCs meets the relevant limit requirements.Based on the research results,it is suggested that the laboratory should be taken as the basic unit,and the indoor ventilation facilities and exhaust gas purification facilities should be optimized from the perspectives of environmental protection and health safety,to solve the problems systematically.
