高校实验技术队伍定岗定编的逻辑与路径 被引量:2

摘要 当前高校实验技术队伍建设存在岗位职责不明、定位不清晰、管理体制落后等问题,结合某高校实验技术队伍现状以及高校高质发展对实验技术队伍的要求,提出岗位设置方案和定岗定编的测算方法。该方案为高校实验技术队伍定岗定编提供了新思路,也为高校进一步加强实验技术队伍建设,保障教学、科研和人才培养工作顺利进行提供有力支撑。高校人事制度改革是动态的,是与大环境的人力资源管理机制紧密相关的,随着国家人事管理机制的变革,需要探索更科学、更合理的高校实验室队伍建设管理办法。 At present,there are problems in the construction of experimental technical teams in colleges and universities,such as unclear job responsibilities,unclear positioning,and backward management system.Combining with the current situation of a certain university’s experimental technical team and the requirements of high-quality development of colleges and universities for experimental technical teams,a post setting scheme and a calculation method for fixed arrangement and position is proposed in this paper.To a certain extent,this scheme provides a new idea for fixed arrangement and position of experimental technical teams in colleges and universities,and also provides strong support for further strengthening the construction of experimental technical team and ensuring the smooth progress of teaching,scientific research and personnel training.The reform of the personnel system in colleges and universities is dynamic and closely related to the human resource management mechanism of the general environment.With the reform of the national personnel management mechanism,it is necessary to explore more scientific and reasonable management methods for the construction of university laboratory teams.
