左归丸加减联合艾灸对肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能减退的疗效及其对细胞免疫的影响

Therapeutic effect of modified Zuogui Pill combined with moxibustion on diminished ovarian reserve due to kidney-yin deficiency and its effect on cellular immunity

目的:探究左归丸加减联合艾灸治疗肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能下降(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)的疗效及其对T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:选取于2021年1月至2022年2月在淮北市中医医院接受治疗的肾阴虚型DOR患者100例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用左归丸加减联合艾灸治疗。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后血清促卵泡激素(folliclestimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)水平以及中医证候评分均低于对照组,血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数高于对照组,CD8+T淋巴细胞计数低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:左归丸加减联合艾灸可有效改善肾阴虚型DOR的临床症状以及性激素水平,改善其细胞免疫功能,促进卵巢功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Zuogui Pill combined with moxibustion in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)due to kidney-yin deficiency and its effect on the levels of cellular immunity.Methods:A total of 100 DOR patients with kidney-yin deficiency type who were treated in Huaibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group was treated with modified Zuogui Pill combined with moxibustion.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores after the treatment were lower than those in the control group,while the level of serum estradiol(E2)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,CD3+and CD4+T-cell counts in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the CD8+T-cell count was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zuogui Pill combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels of DOR of kidney-yin deficiency type,and promote the recovery of cellular immune function and ovarian function.
