Some Key Issues in Construction of Theoretical System of Economics with Chinese Characteristics

中国现代化进程中一系列发展“奇迹”亟待经济学理论体系的创新,现阶段正是构建中国特色经济学理论体系的最好时机。中国的经济发展实践是一个具有悠久历史传统的大国发展治理的连续过程,要进行中国特色经济学理论体系建构,就必须公正地看待中国传统经济发展治理的优秀历史遗产,吸收中国传统经济思想的有益营养,还要客观地总结过去70多年来我国从站起来到富起来再到强起来过程中发展治理的现实实践逻辑。在此基础上,补充西方经济学理论体系缺失的内容,对不适合中国的地方进行改造,这样才能形成契合于本土实践并对后续高质量发展起到指引作用的中国特色经济学理论体系。

A series of miracles in the process of China s modernization deserve an innovative system of Chinese economic theory and it is time to build its theoretical system of economics with Chinese characteristics.This paper emphasizes that China's economic development practice is a continuous development and governance process of a huge country with very long and historical heritage.To build a unique theoretical system of economics with Chinese characteristics different from those of western countries,we should treat fairly the historical heritage of traditional development and governance,absorb useful ingredients from traditional Chinese economic thought,and objectively summarize the practical logic of Chinese development and governance from standing up to getting rich during the past seven decades.Moreover,it is also essential to add some missing components in western economic theories,revise the part which is not applicable to China,and build the theoretical system of economics with Chinese characteristics,which is suitable for local practices and plays a guiding role in the high-quality development in the future.
