摘要 TOD作为一种新城市主义下以城市公共交通为导向的城市发展模式,能够优化城市轨道交通站点地区结构,满足多元化的功能需求。而在一个城市轨道交通线网中,如何确定站点在TOD开发中的先后顺序是需要探讨的问题。从地铁站点重要性方面入手,首先按照成本类、效益类、土地规划类、基础信息类构建基于TOD理论的地铁站点评价排序指标体系,然后以成都市地铁站点为研究对象,采用基于熵权-TOPSIS方法的地铁站点排序模型,计算得到成都市地铁各站点的重要度并对其进行排序,发现交通网络中影响力较大即周边土地利用潜力较高的站点,进而可以在后续的改造工程中提高站点周边土地利用度,改善交通网络,为城市轨道交通TOD模式落地顺序研究提供决策依据。 Transit-oriented development(TOD),as an urban public transport-oriented development mode under new urbanism,can optimize the regional structure of urban rail transit stations and meet the diversified functional requirements.In an urban rail transit network,the sequence of stations in TOD needs to be determined.Starting from the importance of subway stations,the evaluation ranking index system of subway stations based on TOD theory was first constructed according to the cost category,benefit category,land planning category,and basic information category.Then,the subway stations of Chengdu were taken as the research object,and the subway station ranking model based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method was adopted to calculate and rank the importance of each station in Chengdu.The stations with a large influence in the transportation network,that is,the stations with a high surrounding land use potential,were obtained.The research can improve the land use around the stations in the subsequent reconstruction project,improve the transportation network,and provide a decision-making basis for the study of the implementation order of the TOD mode of urban rail transit.
