Emergency Intelligence Work System for Public Health Emergencies:Connotations,Problems,and Response Strategies

[目的/意义]探究应急情报工作制度的内涵、问题与对策,以期为相关研究和工作提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述应急情报工作制度的相关概念、涵义与功能,总结目前我国应急情报工作存在的问题。[结果/结论]提出以法制建设和内外监督确保应急情报工作落实发展;促进跨领域、跨部门、跨层级情报工作交流;畅通沟通渠道、保障有效参与;加强社会动员、提供科技支撑等策略建议。

[Purpose/significance]This paper investigates the connotations,problems and countermeasures of emergency intelligence work system,in order to provide reference for related research and work.[Method/process]This article explains the connotations and functions of the relevant concepts of emergency intelligence work system and summarizes the current problems of emergency intelligence work in China.[Result/conclusion]Strategic suggestions are made to ensure the implementation and development of emergency intelligence work by legal construction and internal and external supervision;to promote the exchange of intelligence work across fields,departments and levels;to smooth communication channels and guarantee effective participation;and to strengthen social mobilization and provide scientific and technological support.
