AI视域下的图书馆志愿者智慧管理研究——以安徽师范大学图书馆为例 被引量:1

摘要 [目的/意义]人岗匹配是图书馆志愿者管理的重要研究内容,精确的人岗匹配能体现人尽其用的原则,可以缓解馆员的工作压力,促进当地文化及公益事业的发展。图书馆志愿者的特征与其适合岗位之间存在复杂关系,AI方法具有处理复杂关系的能力,但是当前基于AI方法的图书馆志愿者人岗匹配模型存在预测准确性不高的问题。[方法/过程]利用遗传算法对模型进行优化,获得最佳个体作为图书馆志愿者人岗匹配模型的初始权值和阈值。[结果/结论]以安徽师范大学图书馆为例开展研究,结果表明,优化后模型的重要性能指标均优于优化前的模型,模型的平均预测准确率达到91.6%。优化后的模型能使图书馆志愿者人岗匹配准确率提高,提高现代图书馆管理的智能化水平,同时有助于创建优质的图书馆志愿者服务品牌。 [Purpose/significance]Person and post matching is one of the important issues of management of library volunteer.If person and post matching is accurate,library volunteers can be assigned to proper post,then working pressure of librarians can be relieved and local culture development can be promoted.There are complex and nonlinear relations between library volunteers and their matching posts,AI method has the ability to deal with complex relationships.But there is a problem that predictive accuracy of the model based AI method is not exact.[Method/process]Based on discussing structure of the model,a method that the model is optimized by genetic algorithm is proposed.The best individual is used as initial weight and threshold values of BP neural network.[Result/conclusion]The research takes the case of libraries of Anhui Normal University,the results show that all the important performances of optimization model are better than original model,predictive accuracy can be reached 91.6%.Using the optimization model,intelligent level of modern library management can be improved.The model also helps to build an excellent library volunteer service brand.
