信息生态视角下的社交网络舆情用户主题图谱系统构建

Construction of the Topic Graph System for Social Networks Public Opinion Users:from Information Ecology Perspective

[目的/意义]为加强社交网络舆情用户管理提供新的研究视角,系统构建社交网络舆情用户主题图谱。[方法/过程]基于信息生态视角,结合知识关联的思想,对社交网络舆情用户主题图谱的内涵、构成要素、维度进行了解析;揭示社交网络舆情用户主题图谱由用户社群图谱、用户身份图谱以及用户情感图谱三个维度构成;并分析其构成要素与信息生态要素之间的关联关系;最后构建社交网络舆情用户主题图谱系统模型。[结果/结论]通过对社交网络舆情用户主题图谱系统模型的剖析,深化了信息生态理论在社交网路舆情用户主题图谱研究领域的应用,为后续系统研究社交网络舆情用户社群关系、用户身份以及情感演化提供铺垫。

[Purpose/significance]Constructing graph of topic amid opinion users based on social networks systematically is the purpose of providing a new research perspective for social network public opinion user management.[Method/process]Firstly,this paper analyzed the connotation,constituent elements and dimensions of the social networks public opinion users’topic graph based on the perspective of information ecology combed with the ideas of knowledge relevance.Secondly,it revealed that the topic graph for social networks public opinion users is composed of three dimensions:the user community graph,the user identity graph and the user emotion graph.Thirdly,it discussed the relationship between constituent elements and information ecological elements.Finally,the paper constructed the system of topic graph for social networks public opinion users based on.[Result/conclusion]By analyzing the system of topic graph for social networks public opinion users,the application of information ecology theory in the field of social networks public opinion users’topic graph research is deepened,and pave the way for subsequent systematic research on the social networks public opinion users community relationship,user identity and emotional evolution.
