摘要
提高数字普惠金融可得性能够为各行业提供低成本、高效率的金融服务,进而增强整体创新活跃度。文章采用空间计量模型,实证探索2011—2020年数字普惠金融对创新活跃度的空间溢出效应及渠道效应。研究发现:数字普惠金融发展对创新活跃度具有一定影响,能够促进本地创新活跃度提升,但对周边地区创新活跃度提升的影响还未显现;数字普惠金融对不同类型创新活跃度的作用效果存在异质性,能显著提升技术创新活跃度、开放创新活跃度、活动创新活跃度,但无法提高制度创新活跃度;数字普惠金融可通过提升创新产出水平、降低金融服务成本的间接方式,提高创新活跃度。有鉴于此,需出台叠加支持政策,推动数字普惠金融发展;增强金融科技赋能,精准提升创新能力;开展区域协同合作,促进产业创新集聚。
Improving the availability of digital inclusive finance can provide low-cost and efficient financial services for various industries,and then enhance the overall innovation activity.This paper adopts spatial econometric model to empirically explore the spatial spillover effect and channel effect of digital inclusive finance on innovation activity from 2011 to 2020.It is found that the development of digital inclusive finance has a certain impact on innovation activity,and can promote the improvement of local innovation activity,but the impact on the improvement of innovation activity in surrounding areas has not yet appeared;The effect of digital inclusive finance on different types of innovation activity is heterogeneous.It can significantly improve the activity of technological innovation,open innovation and activity innovation,but it can not improve the activity of institutional innovation;Digital inclusive finance can improve innovation activity by improving the level of innovation output and reducing the cost of financial services.In view of this,it is necessary to introduce super-position support policies to promote the development of digital inclusive finance;Enhance the empowerment of financial technology and accurately improve the innovation ability;Carry out regional coordination and cooperation to promote industrial innovation agglomeration.
