高职会计信息管理专业“岗课赛证”四维融合人才培养研究

A Study on the Training of Four Dimensional Integrated Talents Based on “Post-Class-Competition-Certificate” in Accounting Information Management of Higher Vocational Education

“岗课赛证”四维融合是职业教育一种全新的人才培养模式,是培养高素质、复合型技术技能人才的重要途径。以会计信息管理专业为例,构建四维融合的人才培养模式,通过重构课程,从岗位能力需求出发设计课程体系;教学相长,借助第二课堂拓展实践教学;评价赋能,创新“岗课赛证”四维融合多元评价体系,从培养理念、方案、课程体系等多环节创新培养机制,将工作岗位技能、竞赛、证书等内容有机融入课程知识,让学生更加重视实践操作和职业综合能力的培训与训练,职业适应能力和就业信心进一步增强,为学生实现高质量就业奠定了良好的基础,有助于培养更多高素质、复合型技术技能人才。

The four-dimensional integration of “post-class-competition-certificate” is a new talent cultivation mode in vocational education,and is an important way to cultivate high-quality and composite technical and skilled talents.Taking the accounting information management major as an example,this study constructs a four-dimensional integrated talent training model,and designs a curriculum system based on job ability requirements by restructuring the curriculum;we learn while teaching,utilizing the second classroom to expand practical teaching;we empower evaluation,innovating the “post-class-competition-certificate”four-dimensional integration and diversified evaluation system,innovating the training mechanism from multiple aspects such as training concepts,plans,and course systems.We integrate job skills,competitions,certificates,and other contents into course knowledge,make students pay more attention to practical operation and comprehensive vocational ability training,further strengthen their vocational adaptability and employment confidence,and lay a good foundation for them to achieve high-quality employment.All these will help to cultivate more high-quality and composite technical and skilled talents.
