引信安全与解除隔离装置的仿真模型构建 被引量:1

摘要 针对中大口径炮弹机械触发引信通用安全与解除隔离装置在发射过程中的失效问题,构建了引信安全与解除隔离装置的仿真模型,以膛压曲线作为弹体的动力来源,对弹丸从弹带挤入膛线完成后至出炮口这一运动过程进行有限元仿真。提取弹体、引信体、安全与解除隔离装置在此过程中轴向和径向的过载曲线以及安全与解除隔离装置各部件受力云图进行分析。仿真结果表明,中大口径炮弹机械触发引信通用安全与解除隔离机构部件上应力集中、应变过大的位置与试验结果显示的引信安全与解除隔离机构中零部件强度失效的位置相吻合,对引信安全与解除隔离装置的失效现象做出解释,也说明所构建模型的可靠性,可为引信失效机理的分析提供思路。 Aiming at the failure of the general S&A release device of the mechanical trigger fuze for medium and large caliber artillery shells in the launching process,this paper constructed a simulation model of the S&A release device of the fuze,and took the chamber pressure curve as the power source of the projectile,and carried out finite element simulation on the movement process of the projectile from the belt to the muzzle after it was squeezed into the chamber.The axial and radial overload curves of the missile body,fuze body,S&A device and the force nephogram of each component of the S&A device were extracted for analysis.The simulation results showed that the positions of stress concentration and excessive strain on the components of the general S&A mechanism of mechanical trigger fuze for medium and large caliber artillery shells were consistent with the positions of strength failure of the components in the S&A mechanism of fuze shown by the test results,which explained the failure phenomenon of the S&A mechanism of fuze,also showed the reliability of the model constructed in this paper,and provided ideas for the analysis of the failure mechanism of fuze.
