光电阵列动态扫描式弹丸坐标及速度测量方法

摘要 针对组合光幕立靶结构中存在的探测精度低、光幕不均匀、结构复杂以及靶面拼接时易重合且测速困难等问题,提出一种光电阵列扫描式坐标及速度的测量方法。采用两排式的多个红外发光管等间距分布组成的阵列作为发光阵列且多个光电二极管等间距分布组成的阵列作为探测阵列,发光阵列与探测阵列交错排布无缝拼接构成光电阵列坐标靶。系统靶面分别依次点亮红外发光管和选通光电二极管且以此循环工作呈动态扫描状态。模拟实验表明,x轴和y轴实际测量误差分别为1 mm和1.1 mm,系统的速度实验最大误差为0.13 m/s,表明光电阵列动态扫描弹丸坐标及速度测量方法可行。 Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy,uneven light screen,complex structure,easy overlap of target surface and difficulty in velocity measurement,a scanning coordinate and velocity measurement method of photoelectric array was proposed in this paper.Two rows of infrared light-emitting tubes with equal spacing were used as the light-emitting array and multiple photodiodes with equal spacing were used as the detection array.The light-emitting array and the detection array are interlocked and seamlessly spliced together to form the photoelectric array coordinate target.The target of the system lighted up the infrared light-emitting tube and the gated photodiode in turn,and the cycle worked in a dynamic scanning state.The error of the system was analyzed,and the actual measurement error of x axis and Y axis was 1 mm and 1.1 mm,respectively through the simulated projectile coordinate detection experiment.The simulation experiment showed that the maximum error was 0.13 m/s.
