投资便利化对中国OFDI规模的影响研究——以“一带一路”沿线国家为例

Research on Impact of Investment Facilitation on Scale of China's OFDI--Taking Countries Along"the Belt and Road"As Samples

基于2006-2018年中国在“一带一路”沿线国家直接投资规模数据,本文分析投资便利化对中国对外直接投资(OFDI)的影响效应。研究发现:“一带一路”沿线国家投资便利化年均增长率约1.47%,显著促进中国OFDI投资规模增长,且促进作用存在“第三国效应”;促进作用仅在“21世纪海上丝绸之路”显著,并在金融危机后得到强化。据此,提出合理布局对外投资区域,参与东道国投资便利化建设和推动投资便利化条款普及的建议。

Based on the data of China's direct investment scale in countries along the"the Belt and Road"during 2006-2018,this paper analyzes the impact of investment facilitation on China's foreign direct investment(OFDD).The research finds that the average annual growth rate of investment facilitation in countries along the"the Belt and Road"is about 1.47%,significantly promoting the growth of China's OFDI investment scale,and there is a"third country efect"in the promotion effect;the promotion effect is only significant in the"2lst Century Maritime Silk Road"and has been strengthened after the financial crisis.Based on this,the paper puts forward suggestions on rational layout of foreign investment areas,participa-tion in the construction of investment facilitation in the host country and promotion of the popularization of investment facil-itation clauses.
