摘要
对27家炼化企业2017—2020年在役水冷器运行过程中的泄漏情况进行了调查,其平均年泄漏率、平均年更换率分别为2.36%和3.04%。调查统计结果表明:循环水水质差、水冷器流速偏低、2种及以上综合因素等是导致水冷器泄漏的主要原因,其占比分别为67.59%,39.73%和29.55%。防腐措施应用效果表明:采用耐蚀材质防腐效果较好,其他防腐措施效果差别不大。最后,总结了27家企业在水冷器管理方面的经验与做法。
The leakage status of in-service water coolers in 27 petrochemical enterprises from 2017 to 2020 was explored,and the average annual leakage rate and average annual replacement rate were 2.36%and 3.04%,respectively.The investigation showed the poor quality of circulating water,the low flow rate of water cooler,and two or more comprehensive factors were the main causes of leakage,accounting for 67.59%,39.73%and 29.55%respectively.The application results indicated the anti-corrosion effect of corrosion-resistant materials was better,while the performance of other anti-corrosion measures was not different.In the end,the good practice of water cooler management in 27 petrochemical enterprises was summarized.
