寻常痤疮皮损炎症程度与外周血IL-8、TNF-α水平的相关性研究

Correlation between inflammatory degree of skin lesion and peripheral blood IL-8 and TNF-αin acne vulgaris

目的:探究寻常痤疮皮损炎症程度与外周血白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的相关性。方法:将113例寻常痤疮患者根据炎症程度分为轻度组(n=42)、中度组(n=39)和重度组(n=32),并选取同期113名健康者为对照组。比较两组IL-8、TNF-α水平、皮损数目,分析皮损炎症程度与外周血IL-8、TNF-α水平的相关性。结果:治疗前,寻常痤疮组IL-8、TNF-α水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,患者血清IL-8、TNF-α表达水平均下降(P<0.05);治疗前及治疗14 d后,轻度组患者IL-8、TNF-α均低于中度组及重度组患者(P<0.05),中度组患者IL-8、TNF-α均低于重度组患者(P<0.05),各组治疗14 d后IL-8、TNF-α表达水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);寻常痤疮组血清IL-8、TNF-α水平与炎症程度正相关(P<0.05);寻常痤疮组IL-8、TNF-α水平与炎性皮损数量正相关(P<0.05)。结论:寻常痤疮患者IL-8、TNF-α表达水平与寻常痤疮皮损炎症程度正相关,检测患者外周血IL-8、TNF-α有助于诊断疾病、判断病情和预后。

Objective:To explore the correlation between inflammatory degree of skin lesion and peripheral blood interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in acne vulgaris.Methods:According to inflammation degree,113 patients with acne vulgaris were divided into mild group(n=42),moderate group(n=39)and severe group(n=32).A total of 113 healthy controls during the same period were enrolled as control group.The levels of IL-8,TNF-αand number of skin lesions were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the degree of skin inflammation and peripheral blood IL-8,TNF-αwas analysed.Results:Before treatment,levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin acne vulgaris group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-αwere decreased(P<0.05).Before and after 14 d of treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TNF-αwere the highest in severe group,followed by moderate group and mild group(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TNF-αwere lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 and TNF-αwere positively correlated with inflammation degree(P<0.05),and which were positively correlated with the number of inflammatory lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of IL-8 and TNF-αare positively correlated with inflammatory degree of skin lesion in patients with acne vulgaris.Detection of peripheral blood IL-8 and TNF-αis conducive to disease diagnosis,condition determination and prognosis.
