中文+职业技能:高职院校国际化人才培养模式探究

Chinese+Vocational Skills:an Exploration of the International Talent Training Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着教育国际化的蓬勃发展,“中文+职业技能”国际化人才培养逐渐成为我国高职院校国际化发展的新模式和方向。文章基于“中文+职业技能”教育的意义,深入分析了高职院校在开展“中文+职业技能”国际化人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了优化“中文+职业技能”国际化人才培养模式的几点建议,以期为我国高职院校走出去提供借鉴。

With the vigorous development of education internationalization,the training of"Chinese+vocational skills"international talents has gradually become a new mode and direction for the international development of vocational colleges in China.Based on the significance of"Chinese+vocational skills"education,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing"Chinese+vocational skills"international talent training mode in vocational colleges,and puts forward several suggestions for optimizing the international talent training model,in order to provide reference for China's higher vocational colleges to go global.
