职业教育“岗课赛证思”五元一体育人模式的构建基础、内涵价值和区域探索

The Construction Basis,Connotation Value and Regional Exploration of the“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate and Thinking”Five-in-one Vocational Education Mode

“岗课赛证思”五元一体育人模式是贯彻落实全国职教大会精神区域职教模式的创新探索。它基于人的全面发展理论、结构嵌入理论、系统协同理论,在相关治校探索经验的基础上融入课程思政因素,进一步拓展了“岗课赛证”育人实践,具有丰富的内涵意蕴和时代价值。安徽省融入课程思政元素,立足岗位要求、推进“课证融通”、健全竞赛机制,初步探索出了职业教育“岗课赛证思”五元一体育人模式,为我国职业教育技术技能人才培养提供了新的思路和借鉴。

The“post,course,competition,certificate and thinking”five-in-one vocational education mode is an innovative exploration to implement the spirit of the National Conference on Vocational Education.It is based on the theory of comprehensive human development,the theory of structural embedding and the theory of system synergy,and integrates the elements of curriculum thinking and politics on the basis of the relevant experience of school governance exploration,which further expands the practice of"post,course,competition and certificate"education,with rich connotation and value of the times.In Anhui Province,the“post,course,competition,certificate and thinking”five-in-one vocational education mode is initially explored by integrating the curriculum ideology and politics elements,based on job requirements,promoting the“class certificate integration”,and improving the competition mechanism,which provides a new way of thinking and reference for the cultivation of technical skill talents in vocational education in China.
