“三单三定”乡村教师培养模式探索与实践——以保康县乡村教师订单班培养为例 被引量:1

摘要 政校协同育人,共同培养“下得去、留得住、教得好”的乡村教师,体现在“政策有依据、周边有经验、现实有需要”等方面。通过小学下单、高校接单、政府买单,定向招录、定向培养、定向使用(“三单三定”)的方式解决引进难的问题;通过“1+1+N”多岗教学训练模式解决新教师不好用的难题;通过多期接岗、逐级递进实践教学模式解决新教师入职后长时间不能独立承担教学任务、用不好的难题,真正培养乡村需要的教师。学生实习、就业即上手工作,既体现身份转换的顺畅,也体现学生一专多能的特色。 The government and schools work together to cultivate rural teachers who are"willing to teach in rural areas,able to stay in rural areas and teach well",which is reflected in the following aspects:"There are relevant policies as the basis,other surrounding counties have formed the training experience of orders,and actual positions are in need of relevant talents".Through the way"primary schools place orders,universities receive orders,and the government pays the bill,and directional recruitment,directional training and directional use"to solve the problem of difficult introduction of talents;Through"1+1+N"multi-post teaching and training mode to solve the problem that new teachers are not easy to use;Through the practice teaching mode of taking on posts for multiple periods and progressing step by step,it can solve the problem that new teachers cannot independently undertake teaching tasks for a long time after entering the job and can't be fully used,so as to truly cultivate teachers needed by rural areas.Students can quickly enter the working state of internship and employment,which not only reflects the smooth transformation of student identity,but also reflects the characteristics of students.
