革命文化是中国共产党带领人民在艰苦卓绝的革命岁月中创造出的一种文化形态。新时代语境下,以革命文化涵养时代新人有助于时代新人筑牢信仰之基、增强文化自信、锤炼担当之能、激发奋斗之志。当前,我国处于百年未有之大变局中,以革命文化涵养时代新人不可避免地会面临一些困境。为此,要以消除现实困境为导向,着力于革命文化的资源整合、教育引导、实践养成、制度保障等实践路径,使革命文化的精神内核和价值理念内化为时代新人的精神追求,外化为自觉行动,主动担当民族复兴大任。

Revolutionary culture is a kind of cultural form created by the Chinese Communist Party leading the people in the arduous revolutionary years.In the context of the new era,cultivating new talents with revolutionary culture helps them build a solid foundation of faith,enhance cultural confidence,hone their ability to take responsibility,and stimulate their ambitions to struggle.At present,under the background of complex international and domestic environment,cultivating new talents with revolutionary culture are faced with many difficulties.To this end,we should take the elimination of realistic difficulties as guidance,focus on the resources integration,education guidance,practice,system protection and other practical paths,so that spiritual core and value of revolutionary culture can be internalized into the spiritual pursuit of new talents and externalized into actions to take the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
