摘要
随着国家政策的不断推进,校企合作,深化产教融合是高职院校发展的必由之路,产业学院作为一种新的办学模式,在实训基地建设、1+X证书制度试点、双师型教师队伍建设、岗课赛证创新融通方面取得了一定的成效,但也存在产业学院受益群体不够广泛,管理偏行政化以及产业学院服务地方经济不明显的问题。探索学分银行,实现多种形式学分互认,双主体共育,实现校企协同育人,地方政府牵头,共推地方经济发展将有助于上述问题的解决,推进产业学院的可持续发展,助力高职教育技术技能型人才的培养。
With the continuous advancement of national policies,school-enterprise cooperation and deepening the integration of industry and education are the only way for the development of higher vocational colleges.Industrial college,as a new mode of running a school,has achieved certain results in the construction of training base,the pilot of 1+X certificate system,the construction of double-qualified teachers,and the innovative integration of post,course,competition and certificate.However,there are still some problems that the beneficiary groups of industrial college are not extensive enough.Administrative management and industrial colleges do not serve the local economy effectively.Exploring credit banks,realizing mutual recognition of credits in various forms,co-education of two subjects,realizing cooperative education of schools and enterprises,and taking the lead of local government to promote the development of local economy will help to solve the above problems,promote the sustainable development of industrial colleges,and help the training of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational education.
