耐镉菌株的分离筛选及其生物学特性

摘要 探究尾矿污染土壤中耐镉菌株的耐受性。利用含镉LB液体培养基对菌株进行耐受性测试,筛选出4株耐受性较强的菌株;通过各耐镉菌株的生长曲线、菌落特征和镉去除率,确定菌J3为高效耐镉菌株;该菌株在盐浓度为1%,pH值为7.0时,生长状况最佳。最佳生长条件下,该菌株对镉的最大耐受浓度为400 mg/L,最适耐受浓度为300 mg/L。尾矿污染土壤中含有较丰富的耐镉微生物资源,筛选出的高效耐镉菌株耐受性较好,可为尾矿污染土壤的微生物修复提供可参考菌株。 To explore the tolerance of cadmium-resistant strains in tailings contaminated soil.Four strains of strong tolerance against Cd were isolated by testing tolerance of strains in the LB liquid medium containing Cd.According to the growth curve,colony characteristics and cadmium re-moval rate of each cadmium-resistant strain,J3 was identified as the efficient cadmium-resistant strain.The strain grown best when the salt concentration was 1%,the pH value being 7.The max-imum tolerance concentration of cadmium was 400 mg/L and the optimum tolerance concentration was 300 mg/L,which the strain could tolerance.Rich resources of cadmium-resistant microorgan-isms are found in tailings contaminated soil,and the efficient cadmium-resistant strain screened out has strong tolerance,which can provide referable strains for the bioremediation technology of tailings contaminated soil.
