外源硒肥浓度及施肥次数对丰花二号玫瑰硒元素含量的影响

Effects of Exogenous Selenium Fertilizer Concentration and Fertilization Frequency on Selenium Content of‘Fenghua No.2’Rose

摘要 以5年生2次花期时的丰花二号玫瑰为研究对象,在田间利用有机硒肥对其开展施肥处理。设置5个硒肥浓度处理,肥水比为0(Se0)、1∶2000(Se1)、1∶1500(Se2)、1∶1000(Se3)、1∶500(Se4),研究不同硒肥浓度及处理时间对玫瑰各器官硒含量的影响;另设3个根施硒肥次数处理(C1~C3),研究不同施硒肥次数对玫瑰各器官硒含量的影响。两组试验每隔5 d采集花、叶、茎1次,共6次。结果表明:(1)在Se1~Se4处理下,花器官中硒含量峰值分别为0.271、0.287、0.280、0.295 mg/kg,但在S3、S4浓度下的硒含量达到峰值后又有所下降,即施硒浓度以1∶1500最佳;(2)在不同施肥次数处理下,C3处理下花器官中硒含量在处理25 d时达到峰值,均高于C1与C2处理的,即施肥3次为最适的施硒次数;(3)不同施肥浓度、不同施肥次数条件下各器官中硒含量与处理天数之间的相关系数均表现为花器官>茎器官>叶器官。 In this study,‘Fenghua No.2’rose at the second flowering stage of 5 years was artificially applied with organic selenium fertilizer in the field.In the experiment,five concentrations of selenium fertilizer were set up,and the ratio of fertilizer to water from low to high were successively as follows:0(CK),1∶2000,1∶1500,1∶1000 and 1∶500,represented by Se0,Se1,Se2,Se3 and Se4.The effects of selenium fertilizer concentration and treatment time on selenium content in rose organs were studied.Three times of fertilization were set up(once,twice and three times),represented by C1,C2 and C3.The effects of different times of selenium fertilization on the selenium content of rose organs were studied.The flowers,leaves and stems of three roots were collected every 5 days,total for 6 times.The results showed that under the four concentration gradients of Se1~Se4,the peak selenium content in flower organs was 0.271,0.287,0.28 and 0.295 mg/kg,respectively,but it decreased after reaching the peak at the concentration of S3 and S4.therefore,Se2 was the best.Under different fertilization times,the selenium content in flower organs under C3 treatment reached the peak at 25 d,which was higher than that under C1 and C2 treatments.Under the condition of different fertilization concentration and times,the correlation coefficients between selenium content in each organ under the two treatments and the number of fertilization days were flower organs>stem organs>leaf organs.
