通过分析资本下乡确保农民利益的典型模式及其存在的主要问题,就资本下乡确保农民权益提出了对策建议,包括:确保农民在乡村发展中的主体地位、切实落实法律法规赋予农民的利益、进一步完善农民核心利益表达机制、切实保护好村民和村集体的发展权、完善乡村空间资源的价值补偿机制。

The typical mode and main problems of the capital to the countryside to protect farmers’interests were analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions on the capital to the countryside to ensure farmers’rights and interests were put forward,including ensuring the main position of farmers in rural development,effectively implementing the benefits granted to farmers by laws and regulations,further improving the expression mechanism of farmers’core interests,effectively protecting the development rights of villagers and village collectives,and improving the value compensation mechanism of rural spatial resources.
