摘要
利用硅烷偶联剂KH550改性二氧化硅(SiO_(2)),使丙胺基团接枝在SiO_(2)上,得到氨基化二氧化硅(N-SiO_(2))。分别采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、元素分析(EA)、粒径分析(DLS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和接触角表征了SiO_(2)改性前后的结构和性能。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH550成功接枝在SiO_(2)上,改性后表面变得更粗糙,D_(50)粒径由17.69μm增大到38.38μm,水接触角从0°提高到25.84°,改善了其亲水性。
Silica(SiO_(2))was modified by using silane coupling agent KH550,and aminated SiO_(2)(N-SiO_(2))was obtained by grafting propylene amine group onto SiO_(2).The structure and properties of modified SiO_(2)were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),elemental analysis(EA),particle size analysis(DLS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact Angle,respectively.The experimental results show that the silane coupling agent KH550 is successfully grafted on SiO_(2),and the surface becomes rougher after modification.The particle size of D_(50)increases from 17.69μm to 38.38μm,and the water contact Angle increases from 0°to 25.84°,which improves its hydrophilicity.
