摘要
对云南某中低品位胶磷矿进行了单体解离度测定和反浮选试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度≤75μm占79.82%时,胶磷矿的累积单体解离度为76%,白云石的累积单体解离度为85%,采用一粗一精中矿再磨扫选全流程开路的反浮选工艺,中矿磨矿细度为≤75μm占92.37%,获得P_(2)O_(5)品位为29.43%,MgO品位为0.87%,P_(2)O_(5)回收率为88.26%的精矿指标。
A study was conducted on the determination of monomer dissociation degree and reverse flotation test of a middle-low collophanite ore in Yunnan province.Under the grinding fineness of 79.82%≤75μm,the cumulative monomer dissociation of collophanite is 76%,and that of dolomite is 85%.Using the open-circuit reverse flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning,and one scavenging,the grinding fineness of middlings is 92.37%≤75μm.The concentrates with P_(2)O_(5)grade of 29.43%,MgO grade of 0.87%,P_(2)O_(5)recovery of 88.26%were obtained.
