摘要 随着职业教育相关政策的颁布,职业本科教育快速发展。通过市场调研,分析了化工类职业人才培养的需求现状,总结了职业本科人才的培养要求。从类型、层次和目标三个维度进行定位,依托现有的专业建设基础、师资队伍和实训教学资源,初步构建了集“产学研训赛”于一体的应用化工技术职业本科“1235”人才培养的模式。 With the promulgation of policies related to vocational education,vocational undergraduate education has developed rapidly.The applied chemical technology vocational undergraduate major analyzes the current situation of chemical personnel training needs through market research,summarizes the training requirements of vocational undergraduate talents,positioning from the three dimensions of type,level and goal,and relies on the existing professional construction foundation,teaching staff and practical training teaching resources to initially build a“1235”talent training model for applied chemical technology vocational undergraduates that integrates“industry-university-research and training competition”.
