东北振兴作为国家发展全局中的重要布局,在这一宏观背景下,通过东北地区铁路建设带动周边沿线产业升级进而带动经济发展,对推进东北地区新型城镇化的持续深化具有重要意义。对此,文章阐述了在“十四五”规划背景下铁路建设的原则,站点周边综合开发策略与发展定位、站点及综合开发初步方案的研究,综合开发初步投融资结果,据此提出开发站点带动周边产业升级与发展、强化基础设施建设、发挥中心城市的作用优势对走出一条东北特有新型城镇化道路具有重大意义。

The revitalization of Northeast China is an important layout in the overall development of the country.Under this macro background,it is of great significance to promote the continuous deepening of new-type urbanization in Northeast China to explore how to promote the industrial upgrading of the surrounding areas through the railway construction in the Northeast China and thus promote economic development.In this regard,the article expounds the principles of railway construction under the background of the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan",the comprehensive development strategy and development positioning around the station,the study of the preliminary plan of the comprehensive development of the station and the preliminary investment and financing results of the comprehensive development,and then proposes to develop the station to drive the upgrading and development of the surrounding industries,and strengthen the infrastructure construction.It is of great significance to give full play to the role and advantages of the central city to forge a unique new urbanization path in Northeast China.
