摘要
本文基于某超宽钢箱梁建设工程,建立了顶推施工临时结构的有限元模型,分析了临时结构在施工中拼装与滑移阶段最不利工况下的位移与应力情况,并对支架在各施工阶段进行了稳定性验算。结果表明,支架在拼装与滑移阶段的最不利工况下,支架的最大变形及最大应力均满足相关要求,超宽钢箱梁支架的稳定性均满足规范要求,但是滑道支架上的组合应力较大,施工需对其重点关注。
In this paper,based on the construction project of an ultra-wide steel box girder,the finite element model of the temporary structure in incremental launching construction is established.It analyzes the displacement and stress of the temporary structure under the most unfavorable working conditions in the assembly and sliding stages of construction,and checks the stability of the support in each construction stage.The results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the support meet the relevant requirements under the most unfavorable working conditions during the assembly and sliding stages of the support,and the stability of the super wide steel box girder support meets the requirements of the specification,but the combined stress on the runway support is large,so the construction needs to focus on it.
