川陕革命老区教师凝聚力对文化传承意义影响之研究——基于红色文化诵读活动的调查

摘要 红色文化的保存与传承是一个国家现代化的重要指标,人文效益定义中所提到的对文化、美的欣赏,可获得心灵、情感上的充实与满足,进而提升民众的文化素养,增加文化认同感。该研究基于红色文化诵读活动的调查,阐述川陕革命老区教师凝聚力认知对红色文化传承意义之概况,探讨不同背景变项对凝聚力认知及对红色文化传承意义之差异性,并预测凝聚力对文化传承意义之影响。该研究以巴中区教师为研究对象。采用立意抽样,总计回收有效问卷296份,分析得出团体激励特性、教师参与动机、参与团体成效的凝聚力对文化传承意义具有正面之解释力,显示川陕革命老区凝聚力越高,就越能达到文化传承意义。所以红色文化的传承一定要与师生教育紧密结合在一起,而红色文化的传承,也是师生间凝聚力的提升。 The preservation and inheritance of red culture is an important indicator of a country's modernization.The appreciation of culture and beauty mentioned in the definition of human benefits can obtain spiritual and emotional enrichment and satisfaction,thereby improving the cultural literacy of the people and increasing their sense of cultural identity.Based on a survey of red culture recitation activities,this study elaborates on the significance of teachers'cohesion cognition for the inheritance of red culture in the old revolutionary base areas of Sichuan and Shaanxi,explores the differences between different background variables in their cognition of cohesion and their significance for the inheritance of red culture,and predicts the impact of cohesion on the significance of cultural inheritance.This study focuses on teachers in Bazhong District.Using intentional sampling,a total of 296 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed.It was found that the characteristics of group motivation,teachers'motivation to participate,and the cohesion of participating in group effectiveness have a positive explanatory power on the significance of cultural inheritance,indicating that the higher the cohesion of the Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary old areas,the more able it is to achieve cultural inheritance significance.Therefore,the inheritance of red culture must be closely combined with the education of teachers and students,and the inheritance of red culture is also the enhancement of cohesion between teachers and students.
