摘要
该文通过研究大学生在线知识付费的发展现状,分析大学生在线知识付费的行为特点。通过调研广东某校大学生在线知识付费信息行为普及情况、使用目的、知晓途径、使用平台及选择依据、服务载体,以及付费意愿与金额、消耗时间、消费后满意度等相关因素,发现大学生在线知识付费的途径更加多样化、普遍重视内容质量和易受同龄人影响等特点,提出图书馆应该通过嵌入社群了解读者需求、将文献资源的打造从“求全”到“求精”,文献的传播从“被动等待”转变为“主动出击”,读者沟通从“单向”转变为“双向”等策略,进行图书馆的服务转型。
This article analyzes the characteristics of college students'online knowledge payment behavior by studying the development status of college students'online knowledge payment.By investigating the prevalence of online knowledge payment information behavior among college students in Guangdong,including their usage purposes,ways of knowing,platforms and selection criteria,service carriers,as well as related factors such as willingness to pay and amount,consumption time,and post consumption satisfaction,it was found that college students'online knowledge payment methods are more diverse,generally emphasizing content quality,and susceptible to peer influence.It is proposed that libraries should transform the service of libraries through strategies such as understanding the needs of readers through embedded communities,transforming the creation of literature resources from"seeking perfection"to"seeking refinement",transforming the dissemination of literature from"passive waiting"to"active attack",and transforming reader communication from"one-way"to"two-way".
