摘要
工匠精神根植于中华优秀传统文化,工匠精神所凝练的匠心文化是优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,也是当今社会文化的精髓。残疾人文化、听障校园文化是社会精神文化中具有特殊功能的部分。听障高等职业院校要实现“立德树人、扶弱助残”的使命离不开文化育人,以工匠精神引领文化育人是听障高等职业院校提升人才培养质量的内在要求。听障高等职业院校文化育人工程以弘扬工匠精神为主旋律,通过建设特色专业文化、创新校园文化育人品牌、发扬残疾人文化精髓等有效措施,为听障大学生职业能力和职业品质培养提供推动力和正能量。
The craftsmanship spirit is rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the craftsmanship culture condensed by the craftsmanship spirit is an important component of the excellent traditional culture,as well as the essence of today's social culture.The culture of the disabled and the campus culture of the hearing impaired are parts of the social spiritual culture that have special functions.To achieve the mission of"cultivating morality and helping the weak and the disabled"in higher vocational colleges with hearing disabilities,cultural education is indispensable.Guiding cultural education with the spirit of craftsmanship is an inherent requirement for improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges with hearing disabilities.The cultural education project for higher vocational colleges with hearing disabilities focuses on promoting the spirit of craftsmanship.Through effective measures such as building a distinctive professional culture,innovating campus cultural education brands,and promoting the essence of the culture of the disabled,it provides impetus and positive energy for the cultivation of professional abilities and professional qualities of hearing impaired college students.
