我国新型大学文化培育的现实困境与优化路径研究

Research on the Realistic Predicament and Optimization Path of the Cultivation of New University Culture in China

大学文化是大学在办学进程中以物质形态和精神形态呈现的文化总和。新型大学文化培育是其在创办、建设和发展进程中,逐渐形成具有时代特色和办学特色并被广大师生及校友普遍认同的价值取向、精神面貌和人文特质的实践活动。文章在厘清新型大学内涵的基础上,对当前制约新型大学文化培育的现实困境进行了总结,主要包括:文化特色与内涵的挖掘与提炼不够深入;文化培育的内容与方法创新力不足;文化培育效果不明显、长效机制未健全。据此从传承使命强化思想价值引领、深挖特色创新培育方式、健全机制全面提升培育效果3个维度提出新型大学文化培育的优化路径。

University culture is the sum of the cultures presented in the material and spiritual forms in the process of running a university.The cultivation of New-type University culture is a practical activity that gradually forms the value orientation,spiritual outlook and humanistic characteristics with the characteristics of the times and the characteristics of running a school and is generally recognized by the majority of teachers,students and alumni in the process of its establishment,construction and development.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the new university,this paper summarizes the current practical difficulties that restrict the cultivation of the new university culture,mainly including:the excavation and refinement of cultural characteristics and connotation are not deep enough.The content and method of cultural cultivation are not innovative enough.The effect of cultural cultivation is not obvious and the long-term mechanism is not sound.According to this,the optimization path for the cultivation of new university culture is proposed from three dimensions:inheriting the mission,strengthening the guidance of ideological value,digging deeply into the characteristic innovation cultivation mode,and improving the mechanism to comprehensively improve the cultivation effect.
