文化交流视域下的文化服务质量提升研究——以福州海峡两岸民俗文化节为例

Research on the Improvement of Cultural Service Quality under the Perspective of Cultural Exchange——Taking the Fuzhou Cross-Strait Folk Culture Festival as an Example

构建标准平等化的现代文化服务格局,提高文化服务水平,提升文化服务质量,构建文化审美自信的高地,让人民群众普惠文化发展成果,提升人民群众的幸福感和获得感。该文通过实地调研、现场座谈和文献资料对文化服务的内涵和发展前景有了一定认识。基于原有理论与现有实际,探究在时间上着眼未来,空间上丰富文化供给,对象上以老带新、去粗存精等不同层面提出了不同路径建议和方法参考,进一步促进优秀文化传承、文化服务质量提升、文化发展形式丰富、文化服务成果卓著,文化审美自信由此应运而生。

To construct a modern cultural service pattern with equal standards,improve the level of cultural service,enhance the quality of cultural service,build a high ground of cultural aesthetic confidence,so that the people can benefit the achievements of cultural development,and enhance the people's sense of happiness and gain.Through field research,field discussion and literature,this paper has a certain understanding of the connotation and development prospect of cultural services was got.Taking the Folk Culture Festival on both sides of the Taiwan Straits in 2023 as an example,based on the original theory and the existing reality,different path suggestions and method references are put forward to explore the future in terms of time,enrich cultural supply in space,bring the old with the new in terms of object,remove the rough and save the fine.To further promote the inheritance of excellent culture,improve the quality of culturalservices,enrich the forms of cultural development,and make outstanding achievements in cultural services,cultural aesthetic confidence comes into being.
