民族学校教育传承少数民族文化的浅思

摘要 少数民族文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,传承少数民族文化是民族学校的基本使命,学校教育是传承少数民族文化的重要方式,在文化传承保护上有着责无旁贷的义务和使命。该文梳理民族学校、学校教育、少数民族文化的三维逻辑,进而分析学校教育传承少数民族文化的困境:观念上的认同与实践中的背离、碎片化的传承与完整性的断裂、师资队伍的薄弱与后备力量的式微。并提出传承少数民族文化要注重学校与家庭、社区教育的三维一体发展;加强学校教育对少数民族文化的“活态传承”;创新师资队伍建设途径;创新对毕业学生的跟进教育,实施少数民族文化“走出去”战略,为学校教育更好地传承少数民族文化给予建议。 Ethnic minority culture is an important component of Chinese culture.Inheriting ethnic minority culture is the basic mission of ethnic schools.School education is an important way to inherit ethnic minority culture,and it has an unshirkable obligation and mission in cultural inheritance and protection.This article combs the three-dimensional logic of ethnic schools,school education,and ethnic minority culture,and then analyzes the dilemma of inheriting ethnic minority culture in school education:conceptual identity and practical deviation,fragmented inheritance and integrity fracture;the weakness of the teaching staff and the decline of reserve forces.It is proposed that the inheritance of ethnic minority culture should focus on the three-dimensional integration of school,family,and community education;strengthen the"living inheritance"of minority culture through school education;innovate the way of building the teaching staff;innovate follow-up education for graduating students,implement the"going global"strategy of ethnic minority culture,and provide suggestions for school education to better inherit ethnic minority culture.
