摘要 质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)被认为是氢能最佳的利用方式,双极板是燃料电池结构的主体,同时也占电堆成本20%~40%,为了实现PEMFC的商业化,双极板性能提升和成本降低已成为研究热点。金属双极板被认为是未来最佳的双极板选材,但其容易被PEMFC的酸性环境腐蚀并生成钝化层,影响电堆整体性能,因此必须在SS上涂覆保护性涂层。本文综述了用于双极板的主要类型和用于不锈钢双极板防腐涂层材料的研究进展,并总结了面临的挑战和未来的研究方向。 Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)are widely recognized as the most efficient means of utilizing hydrogen energy.The bipolar plate plays a pivotal role in the structure of the fuel cell and represents a significant percentage(20%~40%)of the stack cost.Achieving commercialization of PEMFCs necessitates enhancing bipolar plate performance and reducing costs,and this has become a critical research area.While metal bipolar plates have emerged as the preferred choice of future bipolar plate materials,their susceptibility to corrosion in the acidic environment of PEMFCs can lead to the formation of a passive layer that negatively impacts stack performance.Consequently,it is imperative to apply a protective coating on the stainless steel substrate.A comprehensive review of the primary coating types employed was presented for bipolar plates,as well as the research progress made in the field of anti-corrosion coating materials for stainless steel bipolar plates.The challenges was also highlighted that lie ahead and outlines future research directions.
