摘要
固相微萃取技术(solid phase microextraction,SPME)集采样、萃取、浓缩、进样于一体的样品前处理技术。因具有操作简便、高效便捷、样品消耗较小等优点,备受分析化学研究者的广泛关注。但制备具有比表面积大、不易脱落、绿色环保、可以批量化生产的萃取纤维,以进一步扩展其应用的范围作为研究的重点。本文综述了不同固相微萃取涂层对水体污染检测的应用进展,并对进一步发展方向进一步展望。
Solid phase microextraction(SPME)is an extraction fiber prepared by fixing a small amount of adsorbent material on the surface of stainless steel wire or optical fiber by physical or chemical methods.It integrates sampling,extraction,concentration and sampling.Because of its simple operation,high efficiency and convenience,and low sample consumption,it has attracted extensive attention from analytical chemistry researchers.However,the preparation of extraction fibers with has the advawagts of large specific surface area,not easy to fall off,green and environmentally friendly,and capable of mass production,the focus of the research is to further expand the scope of its application.The application research progress of SPME in the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water bodies was reviewed,and further development was further prospected.
